Time waits for no one
Playful Illustration dedicated to A Good One. I’m particularly fond of cross hatching although, it can be time consuming, specially when working with Illustrator.
I have a preference for simplicity in my designs. This is reflected on the the color palette and the simple shapes and elements that compose this illustration. The “pretty” girly symbolizes the poetic inevitability of death.
Once the game is over, the King and the pawn go back in the same box.
